Provides fast and reliable packet delivery by minimizing the effects of latency created on TCPs built in congestion control and reliable traffic delivery mechanisms;
Ensures delivery of encrypted data, for either IPSec or proprietary protocols, at the same look, feel, and speed of terrestrial;
Offers network availability at carrier-grade speeds; and
Provides terrestrial-like SLAs through patented QoS enabling technology.
With Tachyon, you can count on continuous connectivity, speed, and security while gaining ultimate control of customer satisfaction.
Where does Tachyon offer service?Tachyons current satellite coverage includes North America, Mexico, parts of Central America and the Caribbean, Europe and portions of the Middle East and Africa.
How does Tachyon compare with terrestrial services?
Tachyon delivers carrier-grade broadband performance with the look and feel of terrestrial networks. All of Tachyons solutions are designed to provide maximum performance at minimum expense. Monthly costs are based on SLAs, which can be customized.
For our larger customers supporting multiple sites, we provide FlexNet. FlexNet enables you to pool bandwidth for greater cost efficiency. Network capacity is delivered, and ensured, in bulk. Individual site service levels are customer specified, and throughput performance is ensured by Tachyon. With FlexNet, you can control bandwidth, benefit from increased cost efficiencies as your network grows, and reduce the overall cost of ownership.
